A physiotherapist will perform a thorough assessment and create a holistic treatment plan unique to you, your injuries, and your goals through physical rehabilitation, injury prevention, and health and fitness. Physiotherapy treatment includes a combination of education, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, intramuscular stimulation, correctional exercises and re-training.

No matter the injury, Brian is passionate about helping people recover and move better. He has a strong background in rehab and improving function, with experience ranging from chronic pain and post-surgical care to work and sports injuries — always focused on what works best for each individual.

Brian has worked with all kinds of athletes — from weekend warriors to Olympians and powerlifters, as well as soccer, hockey, and basketball players, runners, and CrossFit athletes. He’s all about helping people move and recover better, and perform at their best.
