Physiotherapy treatment includes a combination of education, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, intramuscular stimulation, correctional exercises and re-training.

No matter the injury, Brian is passionate about helping people recover and move better. He has a strong background in rehab and improving function, with experience ranging from chronic pain and post-surgical care to work and sports injuries — always focused on what works best for each individual.

Brian has worked with all kinds of athletes — from weekend warriors to Olympians and powerlifters, as well as soccer, hockey, and basketball players, runners, and CrossFit athletes. He’s all about helping people move and recover better, and perform at their best.

Keith graduated from The University of Sydney in Australia and has experience working with a variety of cases from the general population, post-op patients, individuals in car-accidents, and semi-professional athletes. He also has a special interest in shoulder and knee injuries as well as concussion/vestibular cases. Keith likes to incorporate a mixture of hands-on manual therapy, individualized movement/exercise prescription, and education in order to optimize patient goals.

Sports and activity have been an integral part of Keith’s life growing up. He’s spent most of the last decade as a swim and aquatic fitness instructor while also being the team athletic trainer for SFU’s varsity men’s basketball team. Keith has found a way to incorporate his love for sports and fitness with education in a variety of media. In his free time Keith enjoys staying active through recreational sports, weightlifting, running, cycling, hiking and camping. Kevin is a physiotherapist trained in Melbourne, Australia with dual interests in neuro-rehabilitation and sports. He has a background playing rugby and was involved in various sporting rehab and high performance teams while overseas, including elite rugby, soccer and Aussie rules football with the Moorabbin Rugby Club, Coburg Football Club, the Brumbies and Box Hill United SC.

Not only is he interested in sports, but Kevin has experience with a wide variety of neurological conditions, helping people to get back to their normal life. Some of these interests include acquired brain injuries, movement disorders and facial palsies. Kevin has also dabbled in research with Simon Fraser University (SFU) investigating ice hockey head injuries — even assisting with some publications!

Although sporting injuries have slowed him down (ACL ruptures and concussions to name a few), Kevin still plays Underwater Hockey and is an avid enjoyer of Dungeons and Dragons and other tabletop games.
